How to Order:
Ordering off our website couldn't be easier. Simply choose the item/s you wish to purchase and click on Proceed to Checkout, then simply follow the onscreen instructions.
You will automatically be directed to Paypal's website in order to complete your purchase. However, please note YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO ORDER FROM US. If you don't have a Paypal account simply click on the option to pay using a debit/credit card.
Delivery:
We charge a standard cost of just £3.50 per order. Orders of over £50 have free delivery.
All orders from overseas will be charged a standard delivery fee of £5.95. All overseas orders of over £100 have free delivery.
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 workings days, although due to the fact that some of our items are handmade by us the delivery time may be slightly longer during busy periods. We will inform customers via email or telephone if there is any delay in delivery.
As we try to be as eco-friendly as possible we hope customers will not mind the fact that sometimes orders are sent out with re-used packaging!
Returns
We aim to ensure that all our products reach our customers in perfect condition. However, in the unfortunate event that an item is received damaged we must be notified within 3 days of any such damage, whereupon we can arrange either a full refund or dispatch of a replacement item.
Any customer who is not happy with their order and wishes to return an item must do so within 14 days including the original packaging, whereupon we can arrange a refund or alternative item. We suggest for the customer's own peace of mind that they use recorded mail to return items to us.
